Ordered flowers for my wife, Lillys arrived broken and half dead. Although a credit was put back onto my account, it ruined the surprise. Although they also put an additional £10 credit on my account, they still have the cheek to charge for delivery again on the next order, which eats up most of the Goodwill gesture. I'd suggest offering customers free delivery if the original order was unacceptable. Also maybe just offer a refund rather than force another order. I've ordered another bunch for my wife, as no other option - let's hope they're better than last time
