Ordered a bay tree for my mum's birthday and it arrived on time, was well packaged, with no leaf damage. My mum was thrilled. The only tiny thing I would suggest, is maybe a care label? My mum is in her 70's and Googling isn't her strong suit! Wouldn't hesitate to use Appleyard again!
