I’d ordered the flowers well in advance for my wedding to be delivered a couple of days before.
They didn’t turn up and I had to go and Collect them from the depot the next morning- not something I need to be stressing about the day before my wedding. When I told customer services I merely got a “these things happen” response. When I finally got the flowers they were ok. Some of the flowers were dead, some flower heads had broken off. In total I had to remove about 6/7 stems because they were unusable. It’s not when I expected when spending £60+ on flowers.
