The flowers were delivered week earlier. I ordered flowers to be delivered before Christmas, not earlier then 21 December. They were delivered on the 15th December. The recipient my sister in law was very pleased with them.
Appleyard London acknowledged mistake and offered to correct it by sending new bouquet on correct date or credit my account.
I was pleased with their respond. I know that their flowers last for a few weeks and it is busy time of the year for them. Unfortunately mistakes sometimes happen.
So, I said , I didn’t need a replacement bouquet and just
wished them Merry Christmas.
