"Shabby treatment poor customer service. Booked a job for collection and delivery with time scale they confirmed for next day between 8am and 10am. They forgot to allocate the job. Called customer service. They said unlikely to collect that day but would try. Sent them a message on their contact form which , rather oddly they could not detect. They tried to re arrange booking for a different time but by then I had cancelled and they changed the booking message confirmation so deleting original details- sharp practice. I cancelled. They refuse to refund.
