Do not use this company unless you have a completely free day on your hands. We had a very busy day planned and AnyVan succeeded in hugely inconveniencing five of our friends and family because AnyVan decided to turn up three hours early. It's virtually impossible to contact the office (I waited on the phone for 30 minutes) and when you do get through you may as well talk to a robot as the person that I spoke with kept quoting 'Data Protection' even when it was completely irrelevant to the discussion. My daughter had booked this company because she had read good reviews ... what a mistake. They have never contacted her, despite promising that they would, to discuss what went wrong. They have not apologised and not offered any refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
