booked 10 days ago for sofa collection for a 7am-12 collection. got a call at 10.40 to say the job had not been allocated and will not happen today! shocking service. massive call centre in south Africa going by the accent. 5 phone calls later and still no date or time for collection. Very bad experience. keep away!
