Booked slot was 9-1 on 17/07/21
No one turned up her allocated vehicle was still in London. was advised another vehicle was coming for 2 pm.
No show. Madelaine called they said they can do nothing Madelaine insisted on a full refund. The cheeky adviser even tried to charge a cancellation fee
We are now stuck at 2:15 pm Sat trying to locate another vehicle
Never trust Any Van they are not reliable
