The driver messed me around. 1.5 h after being late, he told me he can't do it explaining someone else will come in 30 minutes. After and hour (which is 2.5 h late) finally arrived.
Worst part - they offered £10 refund for the missed slot. Insulting.
Moving is stressful as it is so stay away from this company.
