We had a problem with the coach as there were exhaust fumes coming into the coach on the outward journey causing many to feel sick or have head aches. The driver asked me to speak to the garage to explain what was happening. The driver himself was most concerned. He went and replaced the coach and our return journey was ok. I judged the trip as poor because of the faulty coach but the service you always give me is good.
