The office staff were pleasant & efficient when taking my booking and the small coach l hired was modern, clean,and comfortable. I booked the coach to leave our departure point at 11-30 prompt and was reassured that the coach would be there early. This was not the case only arriving at shortly after 11-30 which delayed our departure. I had told the office our destination was tricky being on a remote farm in the Kent countryside and on asking the driver, Andy, if he was sure he knew where we were going was told he had satnav. He had obviously done no research re: our destination and as a result we got lost and arrived at our destination 30 minutes late only after being directed by one of our group. Unfortunately our destination was not well covered for satnav which l guess was the reason for getting lost. Our return journey was less eventful and we got home without problems. We have used Allenby coaches in the past and been happy with the service but l'm afraid this time it was not up to par.
