“Really impressed , no waiting when we arrived . Before we left to go on holiday the time of original return flight was change however I forgot to change time of pickup to 2 hours earlier 🤦‍♀️. It was only the day before we were due to leave when realised pick up time ordered would result in missing the plane . They changed the time without a problem and all ended up well . We weren’t charged anything extra so would definitely recommend . The driver had a much earlier start picking us up at 8am , thank you”

“The driver was waiting as we left the arrivals gate in Roma Fiumicino. His English served to get us to the van quickly, picking up carts for our luggage along the way. The vehicle was clean spacious and comfortable. The trip was beautiful and the driver was considerate, stopping once for bathroom and water. The payment process was painless and smooth. I had been a bit nervous about this going into the encounter but it went very smoothly. Excellent driver, van and service. Thank you.”

“Really happy with the service provided. We arrived and, initially, couldn't find our driver but one quick phone call, driver found and we were heading to our accommodation. Return journey - driver arrived a little early so we were whisked stright off to the airport. Thank you - we will definitely be using your services again.”

“Fantastic service easy to book online great communication via email and text before travel. Driver waiting for us when we landed. Return driver waiting to collect us 10mins early. Absolutely could not fault this service would definitely recommend and use again. Special note about our return driver Stephen he was fantastic!!”

“Very impressed with the service - Our flight got cancelled and another one scheduled 5 hours ahead. The driver responded to all whatsapp messages instantly and informed customer services for me as we could not get through. He did also wait for us after the delay and still collect us as planned.”

“Good all round service instructions were simple enough to understand and follow but need to allow circumstances such as no phone signal in the baggage area and breezing through customs in record time otherwise smooth transaction! “I highly recommend Airports Taxi Transfers. Booking was extremely easy and my driver, Sandra was on time and went the extra mile to help me navigate my airport exit.
