Absolutely appalling ! We were delayed and no sign of driver, phoned emergency number to no reply. After finally get through to someone to be told the driver had gone. Had to get a taxi for 4 adults and 3 children which cost us 440 euros. Couple of hours later a WhatsApp message came through with HELLO, had no idea who it was as picture contact was a man with a women canoodling, which later found out was our no show driver. To make matters worse they took money from our credit card for no transfer and has cost as double. Never had any problem with any other transfer company before. SHOCKING!!!
