Really love the hair but my poor review is due to the fact you can’t get it half the time. For the third time the hair I require is out of stock as are a lot of others talking to other people and hairdresser. I have been waiting for two months and have had to order 18” when I only require 14” therefore costing me more money for hair that will be cut off and wasted. I think it is poor service that this keeps happening.
