Firstly, with the west end show, we only had a choice of six shows, non really appealed. As per instructions we activated our card. Five month later we went to book the show and afternoon tea to find our activated card was no longer valid. It had been used by someone else. The Company use a third party. ENCORE. It would appear that one of their Employees had used it. It took 15 phone calls between both companies. They kept blaming each other but left us to relay messages..They would not resolve the problem.by taking to each other. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY ACTIVITY SUPER STORE or ENCORE
