I am absolutely thrilled with the the way ACL Consultancy, and in particular, Cordula handled my claims with the FSCS. Even though I have not been awarded the maximum amount of compensation she is still continuing to work so I can get the full amount. The process so far has only taken around 6/7 months with very little work from me. There is no way I would have managed this process myself.
