Unfortunately the music book that I ordered was not suitable for my friend, who sent it back to you. He did ask for an alternative book. Unfortunatly this has not been delivered. I would have preferred my money be taken for the alternative book but my payment has been refunded.
How do we resolve this? Regards John.
