I am an amputee and outward the lift would not work for boarding and had to be changed and it seemed obvious the operators were very unsure of exactly how the ambulance lifts were operated. on return my wheel chair was sent into the carousel instead of being put into the ambulance lift and my wife had to get an attendant to return it to me. on the lift there floor was wet and very slidey for people on crutches Again it was obvious the staff were struggling with the operating of the lift where as in Teneriefe the same operation was carried out absolutely hassle free and they were obviously handling a far greater amount of flights.
