This company totally exceeded my expectations. I called and spoke to a lovely woman who put my mind at rest that we would get a test through in December 2021 as my son had just failed on his first attempt. We waited the obligatory 10 days before rebooking the test with the DVSA then registered on here and within 4 days we got a test offered to us in the exact centre we wanted . This is miraculous considering the backlog on test availability because of the covid pandemic. I am delighted to say he passed as the momentum built for his first test was still good.
