You booked 4 people into a Standard Twin Room which you call a family room. You should have booked us into two twin rooms. You can not expect 2 Adults to sleep on a small sofa bed. My holiday was booked through Telextex holiday and when I complained it turns out it is You Travel! If I had read the bad reviews about YOU TRAVEL I would never have booked it. Obviously reading the reviews you do this all the time!
