I cannot give them zero stars. A bunch of thieves. They claim my parcel was larger and heavier and want me to prove otherwise 3 weeks later. They use theoretical weight calculations even though I provided manufacturer packaging details. As they have bank details they just charge extra anyway. AVOID THEM
