Laskys website asks potential buyers to contact them for the best price if they intend to purchase 3 or more items. I did this and heard nothing from them. Consequently, I phoned them on three separate occasions and was told that someone would be in touch with me that day - no one ever did. I waited for four days in total. I phoned to complain and asked for a manager to phone me - I´m still waiting. I found this experience simply a waste of time. When I did contact them I found their operatives off-hand, verging on rude. They certainly did not inspire me with confidence. I bought my Tosiba netbook from them because they were the cheapest.
