DO NOT USE hotelsclick.com under any circumstances! They take your money and don't pay the hotel!! This company is a complete SCAM! They took my money in July for a vacation that we booked for November. I call the hotel the night before check in and the reservation was cancelled due to non payment! Hotelsclick.com did not pay the hotel but took my money!!! The hotel was in Mexico and we live in California. Stayed on hold for 4 1/2 hours and didn't get a hold of anyone. Also emailed every email I could find and got a standard response. Never received any explanation for the nonpayment. We didn't want to lose our airfare so we had to book a different hotel on our flight to Mexico. Booking with Hotelsclick,com was the single WORST experience ever! Will never, ever use them again! Please stay away from this company!
