Would not recommend this company ever. Wery unprofessional to deal with. Spent 4 days on the phone trying to find out where my parcel is. It should get deliver to dpd shop as I knew I want be home. For some reason driver was trying to deliver parcel to my house...dint left any card, phone number ...etc. so day by day I was getting a promise from customer service that I would get my package next day ...3 times. It never happen . Still can't understand why to deliver something from one part to other part of the city become impossible mission. Ignorance, unhelpful stuf, very unprofessional.
