A year has pasted since i returned a pair of Chelsea boots to fashion conscience and still no refund. I've contacted them on as many forums as i could find and have yet to receive a reply or refund. The shoes were returned on the day i received them and the post office has informed me that they were definitely delivered. They reply to none of the negative tweets of people in the same situation yet have an active account. The customer service number does not answer the phone ever.
