"Bought *new* 40 Sony LCD from DABs and paid extra for Saturday delivery. TV arrived *used* 5 days late, in opened package and I cant contact DABs customer service staff. No telephone numbers, no email addresses just stupid auto-replies that say nothing relevant. Would give zero score on all points if possible. Its been a dreadful experience - after sending hundreds of emails, my complaint is no nearer being resolved - still ongoing! Garry -"
