Have emailed now 3 times and still nothing. No one answering the contact number given either. Money removed from account for masks on 23/09/20 and order page is still showing "accepted order and we're getting it ready" and today is 27/10/20. Not convinced this company is genuine and how sad is that in these current times. I only ordered from them because of the promise of PPE donations - what a sad company to benefit from a pandemic and steal from caring customers. If I don't hear from them now within 48 hours I will be taking further action.
