Spent £300 on a chair which had serious issues with the headrest where quality control obviously failed. Now the headrest was replaced but overall communication left a lot to be desired and I got the impression that they found me a nuisance rather wanting me to be a satisfied customer. a friend who also bought from them recently also had issues with 2nd.com communication so perhaps something they should be looking into.
