The whole team were really supportive from start until finish. I felt very much out of my comfort zone doing this course having no legal experience at all however I need not have worried. I particularly found it really good having Dick Bull as part of the faculty showing just how successful you can be at mediating without a law degree. The way the course is delivered is completely different to what I expected! It’s not your standard sit, watch and take notes followed by an exam. It is engaging and actually quite entertaining! Would not hesitate to recommend this course. Thank you to all involved especially Dick, Steve and Zoe.
