The Accredited Civil Mediation course I attended was well structured, clearly designed based on many years of experience in both teaching and practice. Tutors were engaging, friendly and immensely talented; giving them an authority throughout the process which all of the participants respected immensely. The course found the perfect balance of intense learning and good humour, which resulted in an experience which will stay in my memory for my entire career. It has prepared me for my ambition of a career in mediation, and has entirely changed my outlook on human engagement, diplomacy and negotiation which will inevitably positively influence my professional and personal life beyond what I had expected.
