I was so stressed as I was pushing my old insurance company to send me my no claims bonus proof so that my insurance with u guys couldn’t elapse. The 2 lovely ladies I spoke to were very helpful and they even went beyond by contacting my former broker for proof, I was so chaffed wish all customer service providers would be like them
