Terrible experience.
Cancelled my insurance policy. Was made aware that the whole family had Covid, and unfortunately my father in law passed away from it.
I was waiting for proof of no claims bonus from previous company.
No discretion was offered at a time like this. Death certificate etc were offered as proof.
Then they proceeded to charge us more than double the price of the original policy.
Ridiculous and terrible customer service. Will never use again, and will NOT be recommending them
