Ordered blind in August. When it eventually arrived the parcel was split in two and the rail bent and twisted. They promised replacement blind but despite my emails and phone calls to them and their promises to deal with it on an urgent basis and get back to me, no response or.blind has been received. Extremely bad service Not worth star.
