“I first approached Home Approved Ltd in March 2023 to enquire about a survey of my 1930s house. I contacted them again in December 2023 and went ahead with the RICS Level 3 Survey - at the original price quoted in March. Two weeks later, I received a comprehensive illustrated report with estimated repair costs. The drone photography of the roof was a surprise. I would recommend their service which was friendly, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.”

“After looking for a company to perform a Level 3 survey, we came across Home-Approved Building Surveyors. Michelle at the office was a pleasure to deal with and always friendly and efficient. The survey itself was completed with great attention to detail and was extremely thorough. We would not hesitate to recommend Home-Approved and will use them in the future again. Great company.”

“Great service. Rachel was fantastic from the start, answering every question I had so promptly and ensuring the specific items called out were included in the survey report. They dealt with the estate agent quickly to book in the appointment and the report was produced exactly when promised. The report was so detailed and thorough it supported our decision to retract our offer due to unseen issues we would not have noticed and been stung with heavy costs had we continued with sale. Thanks team.”

“Excellent and diligent service – I have got several quotations from different building surveying companies for the level 3 report before choosing Home-Approved. I have chosen Home-Approved because of Rachel's clear communication without any hidden agenda; I feel very comfortable in communicating with Rachel. The level 3 building surveying report was carried out by Yvonne Daley, the detailed report came back at the agreed timeline. The report amazed me by all the details, photos, explanations, suggestions, estimations, everything in the level 3 report are clear and extremely helpful. Rachel and Yvonne even have no hesitation in answering all the follow up questions I had and in a timely manner. Without any doubt, I would highly recommend Home-Approved to anyone in confidence.”
