“Few weeks after the purchase it started making creaking noises and was very annoying, Mind you it was never over used at all. Tried to get help and use warranty but all I was advised based on the videos I sent them was to apply grease and lubrication. But the noise starts the very next day again. It was not practical to maintain that in the end scrapped it off and brought another one (a Reebok GX40s) which is so much better. So that £320 gone! I would have been happier if I gave that money to charity instead. I strongly recommend against buying this product.”

“Since the day I have purchased the equipment there is a creaking noise whenever i use the cross trainer. At first I thought it was creaking of floor but I got a technician to visit today who informs me that it has a main bearing fault and cost to correct is GBP 300!!! Its almost the purchase price making this equipment completely useless even for selling. I will now need to hire a skip to get rid of this.”

“The very thing I was looking for and I would not hesitate to recommend this machine. Easy to assemble. Even easier to use. It doesn’t make any noise and happily gets used without disturbing anyone else in the house. I think it’s superb for the money, especially with all the extras like iFit. A lot better than some of the cheap and cheerful models.”

“Received quickly, well packaged, arrived perfect. Put together in less than an hour with no fuss or stress. Runs smoothly and quietly. Feels good. Built well. Gives a good workout. Really like the iFit videos in particular and it’s nice that it comes with a free 1 year subscription. This is a really neat package and not at all pricey for what you get. I’m Impressed. Highly recommended.”

“Bought this to try to strengthen my husbands legs after breaking his ankle. Took a bit of work putting it together although the instructions were very clear but up to now it is working fine. We are both using it every day but only in short bursts as it is quite hard as we are not exactly spring chickens. Hope it will help us get fitter than at present.”
