“We bought this to replace a similar product (air rower) which simply fell to bits in no time. This model was reduced to under £300 so we gave it a try. The build quality seems good and runs smoothly and quietly. Adjustable resistance levels too (1-8). Our daughter (who rows a lot on the water) particularly likes the firm foot plates to push from and the straps allow the heel to lift between strokes. Easy to assemble; it's almost built when unboxed. The self tapping screws are tight and need a firm hand for fixing down the foot plates. The seat track folds into the unit and the whole thing stands vertically for storage. So far very impressed.”

“The RM arrived quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. The console is simple and easy to use and the product quality seems to be good. Have already had some excellent workouts. The only minor annoyance is that the heel straps scuff the footplates.”

“Excellent machine, excellent service ordered one day delivered the next. Very easy to assemble but do need a good screwdriver for the self tapping screws. Great value with the free mats, I had originally ordered one from amazon ?6 dearer without the mats, they failed to deliver within the 2-3 weeks estimated delivery time and then extended it by another week, couldn't wait that long so very pleased to be able to get it from here with free next day delivery. Very pleased with this machine, very smooth action with plenty of resistance”

“York R700 Great Rower been lifting weights over 20 years Brought this for the wife but the resistance is good enough for myself to use, Rowing on level 8 for 20 mins takes some doing my wifes on level 2 this is as good as Gym club machine.”
