“The base of the product was bigger than I expected but you can see it is made of excellent quality. It was easy to assemble although you may need an extra person to align the bag with the stand. The reason I ordered this bag was to withstand harder punches and kicks and the bag was able to achieve this. It moves nicely with punches and kicks, just make sure you punch with correct technique, rather than pushing the bag as this could potentially damage it, as it says in the manual that comes with it. I ended up filling a third of the base with water and this was enough for it be stable. I didn’t fill it up anymore as it would be pretty hard to move around the room I have it set in. Overall great product and prompt delivery by sweatband.”
