“I was very disappointed in that some of the finer details have been discontinued,for example no little ducklings on the foot of the letter L and no little leaves on the side of the D apparently due to manufacturing cut-backs,and all these new ones are now packaged in plain brown boxes,it's a shame as the finer detail enhance the cuteness of them. On the website it still shows the figuers with original detail which is very misleading. I have to keep them , if I don't it will spoil the completion of th name. Sue Griffiths.”

Dear S The manufacturers have recently changed the design of the alphabet letters to which we were not informed, we have spoken to the supplier and they have advised that this is a small change so that they can keep the costs down. Best Regards Crusader Gifts
