Rocky Balboa - DVD

Sometimes you just know you are going to buy a DVD - even though you may resist and this was one of them.

Rocky Balboa was the great unexpected film from the Rocky camp and yet somehow it managed to pull everything together.

It is cheesy, as expected and full of platitudes but it also caputures some of the gritty reality which was last after one and two.

Rocky looks as if he is held together with some kind of clay and it is stretching even the most fevered imagination to think of him going into the ring.

But of course, he does, and although he may not win this time (a nod to reality), he does win the people's hearts as only rocky can.

If you love Rocky, this is a most see, and if you just love American cheee at its best then take a look.
Rocky defied the odds and ended up making me love him again!
