My kitchen must-have! My indispensable friend!

Without my Magimix Compact 3100 White Food Processor,my kitchen would be scarcely functional.

France was home to the invention of the food processor, some 30 years ago. Magimix created a domestic version of the professional appliance,equally robust in construction and efficiency. Once Magimix took its place in the kitchen, it was there to stay.

The Magimix Compact 3100 White Food Processor is, as the name suggests, a smaller version of the Compact 3200, but no less versatile in capability. It is ideally suited to the single person, couples or small families, with its 2.6 litre capacity.

The Magimix Compact 3100 White Food Processor is one size up from the Magimix Mini Plus, but I find it far superior in ease of use.

The Compact 3100 has 3 bowls as standard:
- mini bowl 0.7 litres
- midi bowl 2.2 litres
- main bowl 2.6 litres

It is very convenient to have 3 bowls that fit the machine, giving greater scope in the kitchen.

Various accessories come with the Compact 3100. In addition to the Sabatier cutting blade, there is a dough hook, egg whisk and a dual-sided grating disc. The recipe book supplied is inspiring; the motor is guaranteed for 12 years, the appliance and accessories for 3 years.

I paid around 130 pounds for my Magimix Compact 3100 White Food Processor and consider it excellent value.
Remove it from my kitchen and I'd feel as if my right hand had been cut off.
