I made the mistake of buying this and it took two months for Samsung to agree that it simply doesn’t work. You can connect your devices via HDMI but don’t expect them to work properly, the video and audio will periodically disappear or just not work at all. If you are lucky the problem will be minor as it was on my PS3 where the glitch only happened about once every 30 mins to an hour. Or like for my PVR it wont work at all, giving about 10 seconds of video then none for the next ten and so on, plus there’s no sound at all.
Samsung tried to repair it for me but couldn’t so its not a fault but a bad design. Also Samsung customer support are by far the worst i have ever come across. They will tell blatant lies just to try and get you off the phone and will never call you back despite any promises they make. All in all an extremely disappointing experience. Dont buy this AV reciever!!!
