Maclaren Techno XT Reviews

I bought the Maclaren Techno XT pushchair when my son was 18 months old and wanted something that would fold down small to fit in my small car boot. After practising with a few in the shop, this pushchair was the easiest to collapse and was very compact when collapsed. It is very easy to push even with a heavy, wriggly 2 year old on board, the front wheels have a lifting clip which frees them to swivel making it much easier to get around shops on a busy high street! The back rest reclines to lay flat or there are about 6 other levels it can be set at using the lift and pull handle on the back. One of my favourite part of this pushchair is the hood as it can be unzipped at the top and pulled right over to keep the wind, rain and sun off the child. The window at the top of the hood is also great for checking on the child without having to stop and go round the front. The basket at the bottom is great when the back rest is in the upright position but not so good when it has been reclined as you can only access it through a small gap at the side. Collapsing is very simple and can all be done with one hand and a foot and it clips closed so it won't fall open when lifted. It can also stand up when collapsed for easy storage in the cupboard under the stairs for example, just apply the brakes to ensure it doesn't fall over. A great toddler buggy which is a pleasure to push.
