The Original Oak is located in headingley (near Leeds), it is a very popular location with students that attend either Leeds University or Leeds Met Univeristy, but it is also a hit with the locals that live here. I have been here so many times i have lost count. The atmosphere during the day is just as good as the atmosphere at night. They have seating areas both inside and out.

Outside the pub is one of the largest beer gardens, if not THE largest beer garden in Leeds. In the summer months it is popular with so many people as a result. They also have patio heaters if the weather changes dratically.

As well as selling drinks, they also serve a great range of traditional pub food that is affordable. The roast dinner on a sunday is fantastic, especially if you are recovering from a hangover. The staff are efficient and the people that come here are very friendly and often love to engage in small conversation, making it ideal for meeting new people.

The only thing is, due to its popularity, sometimes you have to queue to get in. So if your ever in headingley and want to know what all the fuss is about, feel free to pop in, you'll love it, i know i do.
