Bang & Olufsen's first MP3 player BeoSound 2 was launched in 2002 and is still for sale at any Bang & Olufsen dealership. It has a form and size that sits easily in the hand and in the pocket - and with no internal moving parts you never have to worry about knocks and vibrations ruining the musical experience.
Its built-in battery gives the user between 8 hours worth of uninterrupted use before they need recharging by placing BeoSound 2 onto its specially-designed docking station. Uploading audio MP3, AAC or WMA files to BeoSound 2 is a simple process by using Bang & Olufsen's BeoPlayer software (PC and Mac compatible). BeoSound 2 has no display, however it is easy to skip to the next track, or to the next album / playlist. The beautiful aluminium design and the warm sound of BeoSound 2 and its A8 earphones are unrivaled by most MP3 players currently on the market, including Apple's latest range of iPods, but a BeoSound 2 is still expensive if bought new from a Bang & Olufsen dealership. Most owners and users of BeoSound 2 know the Bang & Olufsen brand well and appreciate the timeless product they own. Rest assured, if you buy a BeoSound 2 it will never lose its style. |
