 Belkin N1 OK if you don't need technical support

Why is belkin tech support so bad?. I have just installed a N1 Router and N1 Wireless Adapter. I can get online with both main computer and laptop but cannot print from my laptop.
I have telephoned Belkin tech support twice and they are not interested in helping me because it has to do with the printer. My 54g system worked fine except for the rubbish signal strength, since using the Belkin N1 it has been a nightmare. I have now spent 27 hours trying to get my printer to work. Microsoft said "Speak to Belkin" Epson said "Speak to Belkin" Belkin said "Speak to Microsoft or Epson" Result "Stalemate" The signal strength however is excellent.
