“The website is very easy and clear to navigate. The ordering process is easy and the delivery time, well it was the next day, can't get better than that. The only part of the process which would have made it better for me was if a copy of the invoice with the VAT number showing was emailed automatically, rather than me having to email and request a copy.”

“Ordered through a promotional email thought very good price placed my order paid for it, received emails saying been shipped on next day delivery. 2 days past no sign of delivery decided to ring to see where my order was to be told oh there out of stock. We won’t be getting them until June. Not good service at all and still waiting for a refund.”

“Terrible - next day delivery did not arrive even after 2 days - unable to obtain any help or response on both live chat function and email. I had to take time off work to go and source alternative as builders were at the house to complete the job - unnecessary stress - would not recommend using this company.”
