“Five star treatment from beginning to end I had to go in for surgery on my leg. The nurses in the outpatient department were wonderful, felling very assured after explaining what to expect on the day etc. The day of my surgery I checked in with reception and was greeted with smiley faces. I was called straight away so no waiting. The theatre team were very thorough with all their checks and again very reassuring as I was a little anxious about having sedation (it’s not all that bad) I was back home recovering within 4 hours. The next day had a lovely courtesy call to see that all was ok. I would 100% recommend the Westbourne centre, from my experience I can see the staff enjoy their jobs and most importantly the care for their patients. Thank you for being a great team 🥰”

“One month ago, I went to the oral surgery centre and had a following appointment for having my teeth removal due to my teeth had rotten. And I appreciate that dentist had gave the clear instruction and made me feel ready for teeth removal surgery after partly anaesthetise my teeth to ensure I did not feel pain of my teeth. I The waiting time was not long and the staff were polite and patient. So therefore, I would highly recommend this oral Centre by resolving teeth issue if I occurred anothe teeth pain in the future but hopefully not getting pain again as I keep remind myself that I need to have my teeth clean regularly. Overall, the service were excellent.”

“My dentist had referred me to the dental hospital but I was placed on a waiting list. Out of anxiety, I phoned the Westbourne centre to ask about a private consultation. I was given an appointment for later that week. After a thorough examination, Mr Evans put my mind at ease by explaining calmly my condition. A follow up appointment two months later reaffirmed that I had nothing to worry about. It will be my first port of call if, in the future, I need further reassurance.”

“On March 15th I attended the Westbourne Centre for the removal of a wayward wisdom tooth and abutting molar, and should like to express my thanks to the Westbourne team for their friendly and efficient delivery of exemplary care. In particular, my heartfelt gratitude goes to Mr Evans whose kindness and clear explanations put me at ease and inspired complete confidence, and whose skilful extraction of the offending teeth was swift and painless. With only minimal subsequent swelling and bruising, I could dispense with painkillers by day 2 following surgery, and a week on everything is healing nicely. I feel very fortunate to be rid of my longstanding dental issue- Thank you, Mr Evans!”

“I underwent surgery at the Westbourne Centre in August 2023 under the care of Mr Nishikawa. Words seem utterly inadequate to be able to explain the fantastic care and treatment that I received, the impact of which has transformed the way I feel about myself in so many ways. During consultations Mr Nishikawa spent time explaining the proposed surgery, ascertained the results that I was looking to achieve and answered all of my questions. Mr Nishikawa explained very clearly the entire process, exactly what the surgery would entail and what to expect during the post-operative and recovery periods. From our initial meeting through to discharge the care received from Mr Nishikawa and the team at the Westbourne Centre was truly fantastic. Thank you. I would also like to extend special thanks to Anja Mr Nishikawa’s secretary. Anja made everything run smoothly – Thank you. For anyone considering surgery look no further than Mr Nishikawa – an exceptionally talented surgeon. As a patient I have had restored to me a level of self-confidence that I thought I had lost. The person I am on the outside now matches the person I am within. Thank you.”

“Went here on a referral from my GP for a umbilical hernia repair, my consultation with the surgeon Mr Pathak was quick and to the point he gave me my options what could be done and the process, I was given two ways the repair could be done one under general anaesthetic and the other was local anaesthetic, he pointed out that general would be a longer wait, after he assured me the the local would be the better option I was a bit nervous but took this option the appointment came through I had a couple of forms to complete, on the day of the surgery I arrived was greeted by the surgical team prepared for surgery, the surgery it's self I'm not going to lie was uncomfortable and a bit painful but was topped up with anesthetic and lasted about half an hour or so, but to be honest I did not keep track, all the way through I was asked if I was OK they did not give me any commentry on what he was doing the surgeon spoke to me and the theatre staff were great, after the surgery I was lead back to the recovery area for a coffee I was given information on what I need to do for aftercare, I was driven home by a family member, I am in pain but what would you expect the overall experience from start to finish was very good and very professional and no fuss all the staff were very polite thanks to the Westbourne Centre, now time to recover they have given me numbers to contact if I have any issues but hopefully I won't need them. Thanks again”

“I was referred by my dentist for the removal of a lower wisdom tooth on 11 October 2023. I was extremely nervous but felt I was in good hands with Miss Grant and her nursing assistant Rachael. The whole process did not hurt and Miss Grant kept me informed of every step she was taking all the way through the procedure. I found Miss Grant and Rachael extremely kind and professional. I would thoroughly recommend The Westbourne Centre.”

“Had 2 wisdom teeth out today. After feeling really nervous, was reassured by Miss Grant and her nursing assistant (I think Rachael). “I had two teeth extracted on Tuesday evening and as it was a late afternoon appointments was very worried as not an easy journey up M5 . I saw Mr McMillan and his lovely nurse and after he had had a chat talked me through it the anxiety had all but gone . Mr McMillan explained everything as he talked me through the whole procedure in a way I could understand and as one tooth broke he showed me the instrument s he was using to get it out . I felt very relaxed and calm and that is due to Mr McMillan s caring ,gentle and reassuring manner I cannot speak more highly of him . I would never hesitate to go back if another problem arises .”

“I was referred to the westbourne centre by my dentist to remove a half broken tooth I suffered quite alot of pain and trauma it took 4 months on the waiting list until I met Mr Evans and his staff absolutely Amazing he put me at ease and explained to me what he was doing throughout the procedure which helped me to feel more relaxed explained everything in details also did a follow appointment to make sure everything was ok . Amazing service very friendly staff I highly recommend this place.”

“Visited the centre on 25th of October 2023 to get a tooth extracted. Had an extremely pleasant experience. Mr. Monaghan is really experienced and kind. The tooth removal was tricky and diffuclt so I was referred to westbourne medical centre by my dental surgery. But Mr. Monaghan made it so easy and painless. Thankful to him really.”

“I am an NHS patient and was referred to Westbourne for tooth extraction, due to possible complications. It was years ago when I had to have wisdom tooth removed so I was nervous this morning. I had the inflamed tooth and roots removed today. Tim Martin and Clair Richards made me feel at ease from the minute I sat on the hot seat. I must say it was quite a pleasant experience. I have had injections on my gums before. I had 3 injection and only felt a little scratch on the room of my mouth. Thank you so much.”
