“Andy and his team were fantastic. They engaged everyone in the room and made it so much fun. It was definitely one of the highlights of the event. the sessions were very well organised and stuck to the time on our agenda which is always a challenge on away days. “We were celebrating our Companies' 30th anniversary and had a team building session in the afternoon. Andy and his colleague did a brilliant job of organising it and we all had great fun. This is the second time that we have used TBS and I would highly recommend them.”

“We had Andy from Team Building Solutions organising a customised Treasure Hunt for us at the All Staff Offsite in Switzerland. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic. It was presented professionally, our branding was added to the app, the questions were great and the whole team enjoyed the experience a lot. We will definitely be working with them again. Highly recommended.”

“We held a Team Building Day for 450 of our Associates and Managers on site - not an easy task!. Alan and the team were excellent, in the planning stage they offered solutions and ideas of what would work well. we held a pre event visit to scope the solutions, and came out with even better ideas. And on the day - the instructors and the events team were amazing, engaging and collaborative - our team had such a good day, which was all down to how the Teambuilding solutions team led the day.”

“Couldn't recommend them more highly. Everything was first class from beginning to end. Great communication, nothing was too much trouble. Made the day run very smoothly. Activities were excellent and very enjoyable, especially the geese herding! They are a very professional outfit and Andy is calm and well organised and clearly knows what he's doing to take the stress out of the day for the organisers. Have already passed on their details to our sister company. Thanks!”

“Ours was a "last minute" booking for a company away day, and it was a big ask for Teambuilding Solutions to put together a half day packed full of activities but they did not disappoint and we all had a fabulous time shooting guns and arrows and racing buggies. They even arranged for us to have fantastic weather 😊. The feedback from everyone, without exception, was hugely positive, and some of the ladies on the day said it was the “stag do” they’d always wanted but never had. The team were extremely well organised, and every one of them was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All the equipment was well maintained. We felt safe and looked after throughout. I would highly recommend.”
