When a review is marked "Verified", it means Reviews.co.uk has the additional trust signals necessary to ensure that the review is genuine. Customers reading the reviews can then use this information to help them decide which reviews are more relevant and steer them in their purchasing decisions.
If a review does not have the "Verified Reviewer" label next to it, we do not have the additional information from the customer/company to verify that the review was written from the privileged user position. Even though some reviews do not carry the "Verified Reviewer" badge, it does not mean that the reviewer has no experience with the company – it just means that we could not confirm a specific purchase. The "Verified Reviewer" badge offers one more way to help gauge the quality and relevance of a company review.
If we are unable to automatically verify you as a "Verified Reviewer", you can email supporting documents to email@example.com so we can investigate and mark your review as "Verified". We prefer an invoice, delivery note or receipt.
I am still yet to receive my order...it has been over two weeks now and the birthday purpose for which I placed the order has come and gone. I have tried at several occasions to follow up,the order. There is no phone number to contact and it has been very frustrating. I do not get any notification of delivery date or window, nor am I notified if there is a failed attempt. I really need my order ASAP! I hope this can be resolved immediately.
All items delivered about 5 days earlier than expected, everything was as described, and sizes were a good match.
One small criticism, some of the packaging the clothes came in were torn or open, that said the items were still in good order.
the packaging of the products inside the bag was good but we needed to return some and this was difficult. The return address was not included on the invoice so I had to look it up online. You also have to write out the product numbers for each product in a small box. Customers must pay for return postage too - but then the goods are cheaper than from other retailers.
Returns service is terrible. One item was faulty and was subsequently out of stock. The other was apparently out of stock, although it was not listed as low stock on the website. Having paid for their delivery and for their return, I wonder how much the low prices rely on this exploitation of customers. Very poor service.
Very worried about ordering to Rhodes and getting the delivery to our postal address.
