“A totally brilliant service from the very competitive quote supplied by Chris, who explained the service provided fully and clearly. To the clearance of the four bedroom property including the garage and shed. Sam and Mike cleared the whole property in three hours with no damage or mess.”

“Chris organised a complete clearance of a three bedroom flat promptly. The work was completed in a morning and the flat was swept afterwards. Chris immediately sent me photographs of each room to show the work done. The whole experience was totally hassle-free and I have no hesitation in recommending this company”

“I've never had to use a house clearance company before but they did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, cleared out everything and vacuumed and communications were good. It was my mum's house that they cleared and she suffers from anxiety but she was made to feel at ease. Very happy with the service.”

“Chris and the Lavender team were helpful, flexible and highly effective from first contact through to execution. The job was a partial house clearance for my mother’s downsizing move into retirement accommodation. At all stages Chris was able to offer helpful and constructive advice. The clearance team were prompt and courteous , the nouse and garden were cleared swiftly and effectively. They did everything that I asked them to do with good humour. They cleaned up behind themselves and made the whole process as painless as possible. Highly recommended.”

“Absolute professionals who carried out instructions to the letter. I had to satisfy my local council that my 3 bed property had been cleared to avoid costs of removing items left behind. Chris and Christian acted responsibly and polite throughout all proceedings. I had offers to do do the job more cheaply but turned them down as I felt confident that Lavender Clearances would carry out the task with no come backs. I am delighted to report that there have been no complaints from the council. I highly recommend anyone with a property clearance problem to speak to this company first. Excellent service.”

“Chris and the team were fantastic - Chris came out and provided us with a quote and we agreed a date/time. The team were professional and friendly and tidied up as much as possible after themselves. Only constructive feedback would be that they were quite noisy - though with the amount of things they had to remove, this probably couldn't be helped! Would 100% recommend”

“I found Lavender extremely professional, I was unable to be on site for the house clearance but Lavender were happy to collect the keys from the estate agent and lock up afterwards. I am 100 per cent satisfied with the service and would certainly use them again.”

“Thankyou for an excellent job well done.Chris turned up on time and gave a fair quote,and was honest in his appraisal.He gave me a firm date and time for the house clearance and the two guys who came today were on time methodical,clean ,tidy,and respectful as this was a bereavement clearance.They even hoovered the house when they finished.Would have no problem recommending this company,well done Lavender Clearance 5 stars.”

“Absolutely first class service from Lavender Clearances. Chris made the difficult task of clearing our mother's house, in lockdown, easy and stress-free. The process was explained clearly and the quote was a fair price for the job. The house was completely cleared and then left clean. I would say they exceeded expectations and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.”
